The company was created in 2017 by Gian Marco Gabarello and Anna Gloria Ferrari.
Gian Marco, a descendant of a family of builders, has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bologna and a Masters in Real Estate Finance at the University SDA Bocconi, has always dealt with real estate development. He has worked with national and international companies for the development of projects in various countries with financial and management tasks.
Anna Gloria, holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna, is registered in the Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti; has thirty years of experience gained in Ing. Nino Ferrari (and other companies of the Ferrari Group), with managerial duties in the administrative field, a company of which he was one of the main shareholders.
Ing. Nino Ferrari Company Construction Generali srl, owned by the Ferrari family that managed it for three generations, was established in 1918 and worked continuously in the sector of Infrastructural Public Works, Construction, Maritime Works and Works in the Subsoil; until 2006, it was one of the largest Italian General Construction Companies, with a group turnover of € 250 million and more than 1,200 employees in Italy and abroad.
